  • Adidas ushers its revolutionary Boost midsole into the sportswear/lifestyle shoe in the Pure Boost Chill. The shoe is introduced as an all-day, everyday trainer that is comfortably at home on the road and in social engagements. Besides the innovative midsole foam, that is deemed by experts as arguably the best in the business, theAdidas running shoe boasts of exceptional breathability and coolness during runs.
  • As a running shoe, it is a versatile trainer that can do ultra-long runs or between 5Ks to 10Ks. The Boost gives it an ultra-responsive cushioning, regardless of the distance or the duration of the run.
  • As a casual shoe, it sports a clean and sophisticated look that makes it a great get-up for everyday wear. The Adidas Boost Chill offers superior comfort that using it for road work or everyday wear is such a great option.

The fit is similar to many of Adidas’ lightweight trainers. It has decent room in the heel, a snug midfoot, and quite a roomy forefoot. More often than not, runners will find this standard measurement to their liking. Available widths are the D for the men’s and B for the women’. Shoe length is standard as well with sizes 6 to 15 for the men’s and 5 to 12 for the women’s.


Adidas Pureboost Chill Outsole

The outsole of the Pure Chill is covered with an almost plain rubber with reasonably deep flex grooves. It is an outsole that helps runners transition from the road to social activities. Adidas uses standard blown rubber for enhanced traction. A decoupled heel attenuates shock and keeps the momentum going forward after landing.


Same as that in the Adidas Pure Boost, the large chunk of Boost midsole leaves no doubt about how responsive the Pure Boost Chill is. This revolutionary midsole foam is made of blown TPU pellets or capsules that lock themselves together as a unit to absorb shock and then translate that impact into a more propulsive run.


An ultra-breathable mesh that is supported by synthetic overlays, forms a huge part of the upper. The honeycomb mesh has large holes for the air to freely move about in the shoe. Adidas uses the printed iconic 3-stripe logo as a significant part of the midfoot support. A firm heel support reduces risk of heel slippage.
