The shoe uses the brand’s InnerFlex Technology, allowing the foot to move freely and flex to where it wants to. This increases the runners’ speed for a much better running performance. Altra uses its Natural Ride System Technology in the One 2.5. It promotes natural foot movement by allowing the foot mechanisms to work naturally. Natural foot movement is attainable due to the 0 mm heel drop, deep longitudinal grooves and metatarsal pads. Optimal running comfort was achieved through the Natural Foot Design found in all Altra shoes. This technology follows the natural shape of the foot, allowing the foot to relax and spread naturally. Aside from the comfort it gives, it adds stability and speed.
